What Happens When You Call
You'll talk with someone who knows concrete. We ask what you have in mind, roughly how big the area is and what's there now, like old concrete, grass or bare dirt. Then we pick a day to visit your home, measure and check the slope and drainage. We take photos on that first visit and go over what we see with you.
If you hire us, the photos keep coming. You see the grade, the forms and rebar before the pour, and the finished surface after. We're licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB). Every job we finish is backed by a 1-year warranty. Besides Lakewood, we take jobs in Long Beach, Bellflower, Cerritos and other towns close by.
Have These Ready Before You Call
- The address of the job and a couple of times that work for a visit.
- A rough size of the area, even if you just paced it off.
- What's there now, such as old concrete to tear out, tree roots or a slope toward the house.
- Any ideas on finish, like a plain broom finish or stamped concrete, plus any HOA rules you have to follow.
